I had the privilege of renting a BMW M8 from SAG, best car I’ve ever driven, for a couple days when visiting Greenville. I’ll come back just to rent that car again
Tried to book a car with them via the website, was told i needed specific insurance requirements. After making changes to my policy and sending them the asked-for information they told me the car had been booked for the time I was quoted by someone on Turo. Then, they emailed back to confirm i still wanted that slot as the person from Turo fell through, i confirmed, only to be again told that i was booked on Turo and is no longer available. Questionable business practices. I wouldn't give them my money.
