Jeff is such a baller, along with his apprentice, Brenton. I acquired a bike that needed the rubber inner tubing replaced. It was in dire need of service. I called Jeff and even with the standard hourly charge and price on the new tube, after I brought it in he gave me the flat fix charge which minimized my cost. I'm so grateful for his customer service and ethics. Thanks Stray Dog, I'll return in due time.
The gentleman there was helpful and had great customer service. He fixed the problem on my bike quickly and I was on my way. It was a minor thing. But despite it being a small problem he was honest. He wasn’t trying to sell me on anything despite the condition of my bike. I’d highly recommend this shop. Professional, honest and great customer service.
Not Covid 19 friendly says open, door blocked with a pallet, chased away 5 Customers including me, said buy your stuff online
