The absolute worst. One of the photographers is very rude and touchy, I don’t appreciate how aggressive he is with posing. It’s like his whole life revolves around making people feel miserable before taking a photo, then telling them to smile as if he wasn’t being an ass. It’s always the one white bald guy who pisses everybody off. I genuinely would get so infuriated every time he showed up to prom to take our photos. I hope he loses his job, or people stop using Strawbridge for photography. Every 1 star rating is deserved.
I cannot get a hold of anyone with this company. My child's fall pics were in early November of 2025. Apparently school sent an email to order online which I never received. The school cannot help me they keep referring me to the company. I tried to order on the website, I don’t have school code but you can search by school info & child's name & school ID but I get an “error” message. I sent a message through the “contact us” on their website. No response. I use the live chat on the website but it’s a bot so I get no where. ... read more
Ordered pictures almost 3 months ago and when I try to call it says no available agents. When I try to chat it says it is outside of normal business hours. It was 130pm CST!
Terrible quality. My daughter was not even centered. Reached out asking if they were providing retakes because the quality of the photo was poor and never received any response back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I work for a public school and today was picture day for our 6th graders. The 2 young women who were our photographers were AMAZING! They made the kids feel so beautiful and took extra care for a little girl who was anxious. I wish we can have them at every picture day. I wish I would’ve gotten their names. Great job, ladies 🤍🤍🤍
