I visited the store on October 7, 2021. Over one year ago. I drove an hour and a half one way to get there. I had a nice time shopping, but wanted a few items that were out of stock. I placed a mail order for those. I received partial shipment with a note that said "hopefully your Sitting Pretty" pattern will be in soon! One year later and it's still not in?!?! Numerous phone calls and I never got a resolution. Their voicemail even says something along the lines of they won't call you back if you leave a message. What kind o... read more

Have tried repeatedly to contact them by phone and email and they just don’t respond. I have an open order from June 21,2022 that is not filled. They were very quick to charge my card for the full amount. It is still not resolved. Mail ordered folk’s beware.
