Stay away from this place, lot rent expensive and going up every year, my parents pay $1100 and they started in $ 700 few years ago. In the last months they are remodeling or fixing (this is always) and they cut water during the day,for example today they don't send any notice about the water. The people are selling the houses, when you walk you see many FOR SALE, the people are kind and charming.

Great place to live, great people and very clean places. Overall great place.
SR was a very nice place to live, the residents are still by and large nice and willing to help each other when needed. There are many clubs and activities. But, it is going downhill maintenance wise as the lot rents go up every January. Cove Properties purchased the park 2 years ago promising grand improvements which we have yet to see. The new gate security system was put in over a year ago and only works half the time if that.
