This practice wasted my time. I initially contacted them in July and the attorney agreed to assist. I provided information and didn’t hear back for 1 1/2 months. I then provided the final information needed and it’s been a month of silence. Overall I spent hours collecting the requested data just to have been ghosted. Very unprofessional. I would definitely recommend Gary Straw. He returned my call the next day while on his way to court, took time to hear what I needed done. He got it done on the same day just as he stated he would. Answered my email even on a Saturday and Sunday. When you provide prompt services and listen too what people need, makes a world of a difference.
