I was so impressed with this dealership. Tyler was so helpful and honest with everything. We went to so many dealerships from New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and here in West Virginia. They are by far the most straightforward on their price and product. They aren't ones to hide hidden fees. This has now become my trusted dealership and Tyler Cerjan is a great Saleman. Had a heated steering wheel installed on a ‘24 CRV. They told me it would be 3 hours worth of labor so I scheduled for 9am on a Monday. Dropped off the car a little before 9 and at around 1:30pm I had not heard from the dealership so I went back to check on it. I was told upon returning that they were busy and running behind.
