They tried to charge me $4400 for a catalytic converter fix. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they’re only charging $1000. Never taking a car to Straub again.
I have tried contacting you guys over and over again about a transmission replacement . The farthest I’ve gotten is the price of a transmission , but not the labor . Your service department has hung up on me a total of 4 times now .
Straub had the car (model and color) that I was looking for so I took a chance and drove the 45 minutes to their dealership. I am very happy I did. Friendly interactions and straightforward negotiations led to making a deal and picking up the car the next day. So I highly recommend this Honda dealership and staff, Nate Dicks my salesman and the Sales Manager Nick Eikey.
