If I could rate them 10/5 I absolutely would. The hat and customer service I received was phenomenal. I ordered a pure beaver quarter horse style hat and received something better than the big name brand hat companies. I now have a pure beaver hat that will last a lifetime for the cooler months, and will be ordering a straw hat from Stratton Hats for the summer months.
After researching different suppliers, our company decided to go with Stratton for it's quality, and also their selection of options. We ordered one hat to start and see how it is. After a couple days I hadn't received a confirmation email, but the money came out of the account. I sent an email to follow up, and got no response. A couple days later I called and they said that Royal Blue is on back order for at least 6 months, and I should call back in December for hopefully a better answer. (It's September).
