Needed a car rental in Anaheim, CA. Downloaded the app, had to pay $15.00 for a background check and for days I was unable to rent a car as the app informed there were no cars available anywhere even though I was looking at several cars Parked at the location. Those cars were parked there for days. What a waste of time and money.
