Highly recommend Ash at Strathmore Physiotherapy - he has worked with me to get me back running which I had not been able to do for 2 plus years. He is knowledgeable and worked with me with a tailored plan to get me back running - long term. Highly recommend Ash and his practice.
After playing golf 5 out of 6 days in a row and not used to doing so, I developed an excruciating pain in my back. I could not sleep for 2 nights despite taking Panadol and Voltaren. I have never been in so much pain! By chance I called Strathmore Physiotherapy and made an appointment with Andrew Le -Tang. What a MIRACLE worker! I walked out with absolutely NO pain and have not had any pain since. Unfortunately I live on the Sunshine Coast however have referred my mother to Andrew and she too has had a tremendous result. I’ve been going to Ash for five years, and he is by far the best physio around. Whatever injury or affliction I’ve had, Ash has been able to explain precisely what’s going on, and which strengthening exercises I should do to overcome it. Thanks heaps Ash
