I contacted them to relocate the contents of a small villa, i specifically requested a small truck with a tail lift minimum capacity of 500kgs and two men, i was told sure no worries mate all our trucks have tail lifts, that'll be $130 an hour by sam, but two useless boys turned up with a truck that has no tail lift, they then lied and said our boss will come shortly with the other truck to get the other heavy items when i said that the jobs off keep the $100 booking fee, four hours later no other truck came, still charge me... read more
