I saw Dharti Patel for dry-needling and pelvic floor. I am in my 50s and very active (martial arts, weight lifting, running 10 km a day) and have never felt better in my life. I highly recommend seeking pt Health support for any questions you have, especially women in menopause. This is an excellent place to start as everyone is very knowledgeable and supportive.
Dharti and all the staff at this clinic has solidly gotten me on the road to recovery. Dry needling, exercising, cupping, tens and more have led me to understand my pain issues better and put me on the path to recovery.
I have been going to Dharti over the last few years for various ailments. I love that she listens to what my aches and pains are and develops a program of different techniques to start the healing process. Dharti is kind, personable, thoughtful and a very good physiotherapist. In fact, everyone at Stratford Physiotherapy are highly professional and great to deal with.
