This facility cut many services, they have no activity director, residents who want to use the bus for shopping trips , the bus fills up and only room for 13 ! They had a little shop where you could buy necessities gifts, cards they did away with that ! No more ceramics or jewelry making? What happened to that?

My Grandma has been living at the independent side of Stratford for over a year, and out of the 4 places she's lived in, this is the first one she's actually been happy. She has a lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the water, with a decent little kitchen. All of the staff have been so kind, and anytime we've had issues they've gone to help her without compliant. They've gone above and beyond to help her and me on several occasions.
