After listing to the financial advisers, I felt Strategic Wealth Designers was right for me. However, I did not receive some information during a conference call as I was told I would, and I was upset. So, I tried to call my financial adviser, where I was told he was booked and I would have to make an appointment to speak to him. I have been a client with this company for over 10 years. I started after an educational dinner because I liked the conservative approach they presented, and they offered their assistance but did not hound me to work with them. Unprofessional and unprepared for our initial meeting - Josh Smith was condescending to my husband, and disrespectful of our time. Went seeking advice on preparing for retirement and ways to protect growth - he said our money is “tied up” in our employers 401K at work so he can’t help us. (?)
