very very poor communication from Lisa Smart, neglected me as a client, and did not respond to the numerous amounts of text messages, phone calls, and emails I sent her. she often rescheduled meetings and did not take my case seriously. she was very pleasant to speak with on the phone, it’s unfortunate i have to leave this review about her but she has not communicated with me since July 2022 and has been very unprofessional.
Lisa was unprofessional & unnecessarily aggressive in trial. She emailed a client of hers, asking questions involving his personal life after the trial, questions of which had nothing to do with the trial. Questions regarding his personal relationships & other quite unprofessional & inappropriate areas of life. i would not recommend this lawyer.
Lisa was fantastic to work with, I couldn't be happier with my outcome and with great communication and understanding throughout. I would happily recommend Oykhman's services to anyone in need of them!
