These people don't know how to do their own job. So unhelpful over the phone. What a joke.
I'm disappointed in this organization. I am the representative for my father's estate and receive yearly checks for a class action settlement. I drove an hour and a half today to deposit the latest check, only to discover that they failed to endorse the check. I was embarrassed and angry. When I called the office to inquire, I was informed that the computer had printed checks without signatures, and it will be 30 days before another would be issued. These people feels like scammer themselves. Do not respond to the emails. Had been going on for almost 2 -3 years ALFI settlement. They give the same reply every time: Our final reports have been submitted and we are waiting on the order for distribution. Unfortunately, we do not have a date nor other details for the distribution at this time. Major updates will be posted to the website, here: These people have 0 customer service and 0 response rate. These people need to own up to their commitment.
