I have had a different experience working with Strategic Claims. As I read the reviews, unfortunately, I have to say I disagree. Granted, this is a small office of 15 employees, however, they work endlessly to try & insure compensation by much larger and more powerful companies. As a tech for Startup in CA, I believe staff is incredibly hard working while trying too maintain privacy
