I had the most wonderful experience at Strategic Bodywork. I had work done with Rachel. Rachel is very skilled at the soothing art of massage. I felt so at ease. I totally had an out of body experience. I could feel a lift in my vibration and a wide open view 😂. Strategic Bodywork is very strategic in their work. They ask about aches and then do specific work to help those spots. Nehal (one of the massage therapists there has done a great job of getting rid of back aches for me! He also give good recommendations for stretching and relaxing tight muscles!
