Rachel, Rachel, touch of an angel. I have a recurrent neck/shoulder injury that likes to rear it’s ugly head every year or so, and it is always so challenging to find a massage therapist who knows how to release the issue. I’m so glad I found Rachel, they were super attentive and very thorough. Great listener, very strong hands, but also gentle when needed. I had a great experience and will absolutely be back!
I gotta say, I’m impressed! Juan Carlos was very present and attuned to my body. The session was much more fascia focused than bodywork I’ve had in the past, I think I’m hooked! I can breathe more deeply, my hips feel unlocked. Fun to feel how fascia in one part of the body can unwind another.
Franny was my therapist for a 60 min, deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular massage. Franny was very deeply engaged from the moment I walked in to the space; she listened to my story, asked questions and made it clear she wanted me to feel comfortable. I’m so happy and relieved to have found Strategic Bodywork, and particularly Juan Carlos. I come specifically for jaw and TMJ massage which I didn’t know was something I needed until my dentist recommended it due to me clenching my teeth at night. It’s made a huge difference and has helped my alignment with my teeth so I’m not needing additional root canals or ear, nose, throat specialists that my medical team was sending me to.
