Had my first session with Kiara today. It was my 3rd ever massage. I have tightness in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. I also had difficulty sleeping from hip pain. My neck would crack loudly at even the slightest tilt of my head. We’re conditioned to just keep pushing through unless our bodies are in an emergency state. I got a phenomenal massage by Miguel. I came in with shoulders and back full of rocks and he found all of my knots (and many more I didn't even know I had) and released all of my tension with firm pressure, stretching, and traction. I've never had a massage that was so well tailored to my specific muscle issues and that was so functional, rather than merely relaxing. I don't think I'll ever get a massage anywhere else again!
