I just had an incredible session with Juan Carlos, and I can't recommend him enough. He is clearly highly trained, strategic, and deeply intuitive about how the body works. A lovely experience! Juan Carlos really listened to my story and addressed my aches and pains. I've had a long standing dysfunction of my R hip, causing a R side rotation and back pain. He identified the issue immediately. I really enjoyed the targeted work that we did to improve my movement. The location in Oakland is beautiful as well! Can't wait to return.
I got a great massage here. Diana made me feel comfortable, addressed the shoulder issue I was having very thoroughly and gave me some good stretches to on my own to further help with recovery. It was a great massage.
