I’ve only gone once but had the best experience and immediately booked again! Baylee answered all my questions, and also asked me if I had any specific expectations for my wax. Her space is lovely, and my appointment felt like chatting it up with a friend that happens to be a professional!

​Our mother/daughter beauty day at Strategic Beauty in Brandenburg, KY, was canceled when Halee failed to show up for our appointment. Despite multiple texts over several weeks, we received no communication from her until after a negative review was posted on her Facebook page. This lack of professionalism was very disappointing, and we cannot recommend her services.

I wish I could leave a different review than this but this was my daughters and i experience! I believe this was just a booking error but we have not heard back from her since this “appointment” I first reached out to the salon in May to schedule by phone and heard back from Haylee a few days later to schedule by text and asked for 2 appointments on a Saturday and did not hear back until 4 days later. Haylee is the best! She’s always made me feel welcome and safe. Anytime I’ve wanted to do something different or try something new, she will have a 20 min convo with me about it to make sure I understand everything. She’s never made me feel dumb for not understanding. When I’m in that bed getting a wax or lashes, I don’t feel like I’m talking to a stranger. I feel like I’m talking to a best friend or a sister.

This is the best place I've found for all my waxing needs. The owner is very sweet and knowledgeable about everything she does. She is the only person I will trust my skin to.
