I recently had to do my “ transaction of my life “ and a most professional lady named Brittany at Strata Trust walked me through this stressful process . She made the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions . It is THIS type of customer service that is more the exception than the rule in this day we find ourselves in . I have had NOTHING but exceptional customer experience with all employees at Strata Trust !
