On Monday the 7th of July, I called Strata to get an update on an RIA withdrawal. I spoke with a representative named Heather, who was so polite, courteous, professional and so helpful. She quickly answered all of my questions with so much politeness. She made my day when she told me a check had been issued that day to me, and was already in the mail being sent to me. Strata was so easy to contact with important questions that I needed answers too. Heather is a great example of the professional persons that work for Strata.
Wow-was s bit nervous when I called to correct a few things on form. Heather was so amazing to quickly fix what needed to be done. Thank you-God bless!
