Laura Reid answered my call for help concerning my Strata Trust Company account. She understood my need immediately and let me know she could handle everthing quick and easy. I had an unusual experience with one of my investments. Strata Trust went WELL BEYOND their obligations to help me through my issues. AND it did not take me begging and pleading. They recognized the issue and initiated a process to resolve it. The attitude of the front line customer service (Corey) to the upper management were unbelievably helpful. THANK STRATUS!
Eric Rivas at Strata helped me today with a withdrawal and he was extremely helpful and able to get the transaction all in order so that I could receive the funds requested. Strata has the best customer service and everyone is willing and efficient and friendly when executing my request. I can say this is the absolute worst financial institution i have ever had the displeasure to work with. They charge fees to store metal and also to "manage" it. If you store something, what's to manage? They were fine with digital document signing to get our money, but made us jump through multiple hoops, waiting until the buyback of metals "settled", requiring hand signing of rollover request, then insisting on speaking live by telephone...all conveniently spaced out over time so that it took over 3 weeks to get our money ... read more
