My experience with Strata Mortgages Inc has been 10 out 10. Very thorough, kept updated at all times, if there is an issue, it is dealt with very quickly. My rep Brett went above & beyond to make everything happen quickly and it was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend Strata Mortgages Inc.
I was going through a tough time and Kevin was a very calming and reassuring voice. And after several months being with them everything he said and the guidance he provided were right on point. If I could give a higher review I would. He answers all emails, texts, and phone calls promptly. Excellent choice if you ever require his services.
I’m absolutely impressed and very happy with my broker services. Brett P. He is the best broker I have worked with, he definitely knows his job . He made sure I understood everything step by step, he was in communication with me every day and answered my questions right away. I would definitely recommend him 100% to anyone in need of a good broker. He really cares about his client’s needs and it shows in his actions. Thank you Brett 🙂
Kevin Crittenden did an exceptional job finding me a great lender for my first home. His support throughout the whole process was extremely helpful, and I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
