NO stars FUTONS sucks.
They sell very poor quality wood and they mention it is quality sheesham wood don't trust this brand after huge amount they give low quality service and even they will not respond properly.
These people post furniture on FB then never respond, scam likely.
I recently purchased a second-hand futon frame from someone, and it was missing some screws that kept it in the seated position. I reached out to Strata furniture to ask about the size of the parts since I didn't have the instruction manual (and the one on the website did not indicate the sizes) so I could purchase them at a hardware store. Customer service was wonderful to work with and they went above and beyond to send me the missing parts in the mail at no cost.
