I recently purchased a second-hand futon frame from someone, and it was missing some screws that kept it in the seated position. I reached out to Strata furniture to ask about the size of the parts since I didn't have the instruction manual (and the one on the website did not indicate the sizes) so I could purchase them at a hardware store. Customer service was wonderful to work with and they went above and beyond to send me the missing parts in the mail at no cost. They are SOLID WOOD...No metal base with wood arms like most cheaper options that you find on the web! Customers get fooled by a nice picture online, only to get a frame that is metal base with nice wood arms.
