An old man (stated he worked there) was sitting illegally parked in his truck 90 feet from the front of the facility. I parked legally near him within a very empty parking lot (I have parked there many times before and so have others, legally. I was going to the business next door to this business (for kids) and the person illegally parked told me I could not park there, even though the business shares the spots with the other businesses in the mall’s general parking.
