Indian lady with the fake blue contacts spends her time at work on the phone speaking her native tongue and claims to be on the phone with her manager did not spare a moment to explain how a lock from her store works when I had asked! Substandard service that puts Strand Bags into disrepute, I am really appalled as I’ve never experienced this at other Stand Bag outlets.
