Dr mquone was ok, she was thorough and to the point. The front desk staff was at times insensitive and agitated with requests I had. I later asked what I would be billed for that days procedure. The billing person offered a charge I could afford with the assurance it wouldn't be more. I later got a bill over twice what I was told. I then stopped in to see the billing person who said she'd follow up on it and get back to me. I never heard back. I left 4 messages to her with no reply. I'm now stuck with this huge bill. The worst for hearing aid help. Agree with other posts about customer service. They moved from the location nearest to me with no notification.
Over an hour and a half before I was even seen. Ridiculously long wait time.
Appointment started 2 hours late, didn't receive (large) bill until 11 weeks after appointment, and they don't accept payments online or over the phone, only through the mail. They seem like nice people, but oh my is the customer experience horrendous.
