Fee after fees; and intentional disruption of my access to money... They say one thing, then do another, in short, and leave members confused and frustrated. In less than 2 months of a new membership, was told that next automatic deposit would be processed, fee would be deducted when it came in. Instead, we found out that Ashley at Indian River froze the account (contrary to her explaination), and held my available balances to ZERO until I called so they could "manually unfreeze the account." This is the worst place to bank! Im switching banks because of their down right disloyalty after 9 years of my loyalty. I guess they probably don't care, but I want a bank that works with me not against me
I’ve been banking at SAFCU for about 9 years. Couple car loans, checking, savings & now a pretty good interest rate CD. Those that did the car loans were great, second to none. My everyday banking needs I can’t say enough good about the clerks at the window. I deal with a youngster, Stephanie, and this young professional does an extremely great job. Always professional, always friendly & just a pleasure to deal with. I despise banks & I love working with Straits Area CU in Indian River.
Very friendly, have used them for years! It’s nice when you walk in to a business and they know you by name, they are always ready to help!
