I stop in to use their atm it stole my bank card and left me with no money I went inside to get it but they said no.my credit union said they were a shared branch and called them with no resolution I had to leave no money no card .A terrible customer service experience
ATM ate my cared for seemingly no reason. Just wanted to check my balance. We are on vacation and it could have been devastating. If you are from out of town avoid this credit union at ALL COSTS!!
Sat in the drive-thru for a very long time listening to a personal conversation between the drive-thru teller and her friend. Wanted to break a 100.00 dollar bill. When lengthy conversation was over she said she would not break it. Went to Citizens National Bank and pleasant, customer oriented and caring teller helped me as soon as I got there. Citizens National Bank is now my bank.
