Had an account there (still do unfortunately) and moved 5 months ago, have been trying to get the account cancelled since then so I don't keep going into debt and they claim to have sent multiple emails to me for an e signature, I have not received a single one and their number won't let me call them back so I have no choice but to wait another month to tell them that when they call again.
I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card so they stopped my card and supposedly sent a new card!! It’s been 3 weeks and they don’t even know if it has been sent out yet!! It’s ridiculous! I will be changing credit unions very soon!!!
This was once a place of fair and balanced business, both for loans and many other products. But not so much anymore, they would rather treat you like you're a problem case these days. Staff is awful. We’ve had nothing but problems with this bank for the last 3 years. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I have moved most of our accounts to Aplena Alcona and will be switching the rest over as of today with how terrible this bank is. Will never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible to their staff also..
