Love my credit union
Wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy. If you’re looking for reliable and transparent staff you’re going to have to look elsewhere.
They shut my account down with a lot of money in the account and did NOT notify me! Unprofessional! This happened after they breached the account information to someone without access. Once they got called out on this they decided to shut down the account!
Had an account there (still do unfortunately) and moved 5 months ago, have been trying to get the account cancelled since then so I don't keep going into debt and they claim to have sent multiple emails to me for an e signature, I have not received a single one and their number won't let me call them back so I have no choice but to wait another month to tell them that when they call again.
I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card so they stopped my card and supposedly sent a new card!! It’s been 3 weeks and they don’t even know if it has been sent out yet!! It’s ridiculous! I will be changing credit unions very soon!!!
