This was once a place of fair and balanced business, both for loans and many other products. But not so much anymore, they would rather treat you like you're a problem case these days. Staff is awful. We’ve had nothing but problems with this bank for the last 3 years. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I have moved most of our accounts to Aplena Alcona and will be switching the rest over as of today with how terrible this bank is. Will never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible to their staff also..

Unprofessional, will not call you back. Have never been able to reach them directly over the phone without calling 6-7 times in a row. Overdraft fees with no explanation, multiple instances of not being able to access our money. Bank with LITERALLY anyone else. Edit: My overdrafts are literally disabled, yet every single month I get dinged for $35 on a fee. No explanation as to why and cannot get customer service back.
