I wouldn't recommend using. Moved a 4 bedroom home. Packing first day, load second and deliver third. Teams asking for tips from the start. Packers put toilet cleaning/plunger on top of clothes. Large mixtile wasn't packed like other pictures resulting in being ruined. They were out of garment boxes. Everything on hangers(suits, shirts, etc.) folded in half a placed in regular boxes. This company did an amazing job moving my beloved mother's furniture into my home. The two guys took exceptional care bringing in everything. They were polite and professional. Their hourly price is reasonable and actually saved me money over their competitors. I highly recommend this moving company to anyone who needs moving services.
Was quoted 5 hours and was charged 11. Tye was the only one who worked hard consistently. Due to being charged 1000 more than quoted I couldn’t tip. All of our boxes were labeled and they left more than half in our garage. All of our home decor that we wanted in the basement is in the garage. All of my daughter’s toys were in the wrong place. We moved from southern Wisconsin to Arizona last fall and I have been meaning to write this review for months. I really want to give the highest rating to Tom Baxter who came to our house and quoted us and was literally within 100 dollars on our moving estimate. We had a unique situation with another family member moving with us and Tom advised us to get her things to our house to combine costs. Tom is absolute gold and an asset to your company. Straight Line Moving did an amazing job moving my mom on short notice—on a Sunday no less! They were efficient, professional, wrapped everything with care, and even used carpet runners. Highly recommend!
