The moving crew was AMAZING! They were respectful, courteous, prompt, and took pride in their work! We had a large commercial move with office furniture, over 40 large file cabinets in a basement, and over 200 boxes. Everything was delivered in the same condition as it was picked up. The final bill matched the quoted price with no overages or add-ons.

MOVE Day 2 - 12/16/25: Unloading crew on Day 2 was just as positive and professional as the loading crew. This unloading consisted of going up stairs to a second floor apartment. Not one complaint, grunt, or question to my requests. All smiles with a helpful approach to every task. I just am so impressed with the hard work and the fun while you work attitude from this crew! Not very trustworthy. We ended up having to pay them for an hour while they stopped to get lunch on the way from the house to the storage facility. (7 minute drive) as well as their bad math / ability to tell time for the rest of the time they billed...They over-billed us for at least 90 minutes. They did not break or damage anything though, so that was good.

I wouldn't recommend using. Moved a 4 bedroom home. Packing first day, load second and deliver third. Teams asking for tips from the start. Packers put toilet cleaning/plunger on top of clothes. Large mixtile wasn't packed like other pictures resulting in being ruined. They were out of garment boxes. Everything on hangers(suits, shirts, etc.) folded in half a placed in regular boxes. 1. No one cares about your stuff more than you do. That was evident in watching movers wrap and load an antique stereo console; of which is now non-operable. My moving insurance that was purchased with Allied (by recommendation of Mr. Baxter to mitigate this scenario) does not cover as it is not "external damage". This is in addition to the other limitations that Allied seems to conjure out of thin-air so as to not have to pay for anything that was damaged.
