We love Straight Wheel! Their repair work is honestly the best - there have been a couple of times I took my son's bike to another shop first and either the issue didn't get fixed or got worse, and Straight Wheel always sorts it out. Charles and Amy are usually there when I drop in and they're so friendly and patient — I've picked up great trail tips and maintenance advice just from chatting with them. Super nice and friendly staff! They give you helmets and a bike lock in case you stop along your route. Very easy to get to the coastal trail from their store.
Friendly, knowledgeable people, good work, fair prices. This is my go-to bike shop. I’m always happy with the service and information I get. Charles, Tony, and Amy are always cheerful, friendly, and helpful — I love that!
