Amy and all the staff are very helpful and welcoming. I am just starting in MTB and knew they’d answer honestly. That meant finding a bike my size(6’8”) and budget which turns out to be a challenge. Amy recommended some options not carried in-store. Once I got my bike, Oleg/Ulrich(not sure how to spell it) made sure everything was adjusted correctly for my size. Smooth and extremely welcoming experience!
We had a great time! Rented 2 e-bikes and 2 hybrids. The staff was super friendly and happy to answer our questions about trails and things to do in the area.
Staff was super friendly and helped us plan out where to go. Convenient location with easy access to beautiful coastal bike path. Highly recommend the e-bike though our group used a mix of bikes.
We love Straight Wheel! Their repair work is honestly the best - there have been a couple of times I took my son's bike to another shop first and either the issue didn't get fixed or got worse, and Straight Wheel always sorts it out. Charles and Amy are usually there when I drop in and they're so friendly and patient — I've picked up great trail tips and maintenance advice just from chatting with them.
