Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Explained the pros and cons of various products, but most importantly there was never a high pressure sales pitch. Would highly recommend this business.

Five stars. I took two vintage Scott CR1s, one team and one pro, in for some needed maintenance. They were a mess. It had been over a decade since they had proper maintenance. Excellent job was done. While it was pricey, the overall maintenance cost in comparison to replacing these two bikes at current prices is well worth it. Our road bikes are now ready for many more seasons of use.

I have my bike tuned up once or twice a year. It always comes back like a new bike. They have a great attention to detail and ability to actually go through the whole bike and care about all the detail. I’ve been on the same bike for almost 6 years. And Staight Wheel has helped me keep it in perfect condition.
