Called 3 times each associate was going to call back to verify that everything was working, Never Happened. Each time I lost complete service, However they had no problem charging my credit card. So many other things to say...
Straight talk used to be awesome with their customer service. I recently bought a phone and one month service (the high teir with 25gb high speed data) from them. I go through 8gb and they dropped it to 2g. Also my phone is locked even though I paid for it outright. Not to mention all their customer service reps sound exactly alike. Upon asking for a manager, I'm told they aren't allowed to transfer to a manager. I've been getting the run around for 2 weeks now, and apparently won't get what I actually paid for.
