The number of 5 star reviews is shocking to me. So I feel compelled to share my negative experience. I needed to file taxes with extension and set up business to do things right moving forward- and was given a contract for around $500/taxes, $500/consultation. Months later, after being matched with an advisor who was a freelancer from Philadelphia (which was disappointing, I should have been told this), I’m like where is this consultation?
