We have been using Straight talk for several years now, and they have been nothing short of brilliant. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and always upto date with the latest tax changes - which means we can relax at tax time knowing everything is sorted properly. Disappointing. I lodged two tax returns in the same sitting with this firm, and was charged $539. This is roughly twice the price that I would usually pay for my tax returns, and, they did not give the option to take the fee out of the return. The fee must be paid upfront. They also made a mistake with one of them which caused a delay, but they cleared it up quickly. I now use my original accountants (MTA at Upper Mt Gravatt) who are an absolute pleasure to deal with in every way.
A quick shout out to Robert Bauman and his team at AD Hamilton at Norman Park. For anyone who is looking for a fabulous accounting firm please take a moment to check them out. They are responsive, efficient, caring and ready to help with the best tax, accounting and financial management advice. They've just surpassed my expectations this week with fabulous service and a great end result. I'd highly recommend their services.
