I have recently discovered the complete lack of customer care and service, after experiencing data connection issues for 3 weeks straight. they refused to credit my account even though I paid for a full month of unlimited data and got only one week of high speed data. I originally thought it was due to the foreign call center, but after being connected to their corporate division...nope, it's a top-down systemic breakdown of customer service. I hear T-Mobile is better - I'll let you know!

Customer service was trash I paid my bill and didn’t even get my data. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES!!!!!
