They could not perform as agreed, and suggested I pay for third-party services, which was not the best option. They were slow in doing the work poorly. I had to cancel my contract with Straight North and demand my money back. I am giving them two stars because they were friendly and didn't fight me over the contract termination. I would be wary of doing business with them.
We utilize Straight North for SEO and PPC and the level of talent they have on their team is refreshing. Our account manager Liam is responsive and on top of everything we ask. Nick and Jim from their SEO and PPC teams are wonderful - not only are they experts at what they do, but they provide a ton of insight, make helpful recommendations, and have genuinely cared to learn our business.
