I came into Straight Line out of curiosity, poking around for a dropper post for my bike. The folks there were extremely helpful and I was able to get it installed within a day at a reasonable price. As well, they answered in a very friendly way some related and some unrelated questions that I posed to them. I'd definitely go back there and spend more money!
Women+, shop elsewhere. As an avid gravel rider, I wanted to rent a mountain bike, simple enough, right? My first mistake was booking online. My second was not pushing back when they fit me on a bike that was clearly too big, insisting I rely on the dropper post to adjust the seat. With zero concern for my safety, they sent me off.
