My rear derailleur needed alignment and the shop got me right in and back on the GDMBR. Great staff. Highly recommend.
I have been bringing my bikes to these guys for the last couple years, and my bikes will not go anywhere else. The sales team is great, and their techs are the best in the business. Quite often I show up unannounced needing something fixed ASAP and they are always super accommodating. Best shop in the area in my opinion!
This store is generally pretty good but dealing with the CEO today was painful. Mike was smug and dismissive and actually pulled a product away from me when I tried to take a look at it. I’d have to describe him as actively incurious when I was explaining what i needed. Thankfully he hires good staff.
Suffered a shock failure on my Orbea Rise and took it in to Straight Line to get the shock repaired and the fork serviced. They were able to do the repair and service with parts in inventory and the result is a bike that now rides better than new. It was a reminder to me not to wait too long and spend a bunch of effort tuning the suspension, when a service might improve the suspension performance more dramatically and easily. Thanks to the mechanics who toil hard to keep us riding !
