Popped in there this weekend looking for a bike for my son. It is the first "real" boke for him and for our family (we are not avid bikers). The staff was quick to help me and walk me through different bikes and settings. They didn't upsell me on anything. My son was not with me my first pass through and they were adamant to have me come back with him before purchasing anything. When I brought my son in, again they were just helpful and patient!! I came into Straight Line out of curiosity, poking around for a dropper post for my bike. The folks there were extremely helpful and I was able to get it installed within a day at a reasonable price. As well, they answered in a very friendly way some related and some unrelated questions that I posed to them. I'd definitely go back there and spend more money!
