Showed up at opening time on Sunday needing an emergency repair - they had it done in 2hr and I was still able to get a full days ride in. Everyone was lovely, honest, and prices fair. A great shop as well for any replacement or upgrade parts + clothing.

I arrived in Fernie in need of a SOS beacon, and no shop I could find had them. Straight line said they usually stocked them but currently only had one in their other shop some 50km away. I was cycling and didn’t want to make that detour. James and Sophie (I’m not great with names. Hope that’s correct) managed to get me a Garmin inreach mini that very same day, not only that, they had a computer in store where I could set it up. Always great customer service!
Our group had the best experience renting bikes. After striking out at a couple other spots, this crew went out of their way to make up a fleet of bikes that fit 11 of us (including tweens and teens). They really took their time to make sure the fits worked and we would be safe and comfortable. Truly recommend this place and the fabulous staff!
