Straight Forward, Can't get anymore honest than that. I have been working hauling tractor trailer loads with Straight Forwarding on and off for about 5 years. The team that works in Montreal are honest, hard working, organized and respond to emails and phone calls. And the same ladies are still working there year after year so that tells you everything about them. No constant turnover in staff. Even this 1 star is to much. If this is straightship, It is the worth company ever. Took my packages that was 2 hours from me to 7 hours from me and have now been sitting on my packages since Nov 27. It is now the 5th of Dec. When calling them, all they say is your packages will be delivered soon. They will not give me a date. Just full of excuses. Claims it is sitting at their head office.
