Such a garbage carrier! Always leave my package outside my building for someone to steal it! Actually such a disgusting company! They have no common decency, very ignorant and disrespectful! Hate this company they don’t even deserve a 1 star!
Le colis qui m'est parvenue n'était pas le mien et n'est pas à mon adresse, je les ai contacté il m'ont baratiner et ils ont bloqué mes appels. Ils refusent de me rembourser 50 dollars
First time dealing with them and no wonder these many negative reviews, package not received yet and falsely marks as delivery attempted but failed while whole day I am home. Tried to call customer care, waited for an hour and automated disconnected set after an hour.. wow… now not sure when I’ll get my money back. Careful with temu now they are using this awful courier service
