Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly and when needed compassionate. Been a client with multiple large and giant breeds of dogs (and the numerous health issues that they have) for over 30yrs. And at times have gone over and beyond what was expected - which we appreciated. It’s like visiting good friends when we turn up. Brilliant, and thank you. Please say independent.
The staff are very attentive and caring from the word go. They are always prompt to answer the phone no matter what time the call is made, very friendly and interested in what the issue with your pet is. When you get to the practice, it is easy to locate and there is always enough parking in my experience. As usual a very professional and caring clinic, I wouldn't be going anywhere else
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Straid Vets due to their appalling management, specifically, the clinical director. After losing two beloved rabbits to RHD virus, I sought information and guidance from Straid. Instead of receiving empathy or support, I was met with a patronising attitude and complete disregard for my grief.
