Non-stop calling every 120 days since May with an extension and still no response John owner seems to know nothing. And we spend pretty close to $1,000 doing our taxes. With this company. I highly don't recommend. All he cares about is money and their staff is extremely rude. And literally I just called him at 5:05 I need still didn't have an answer after he's always on vacation.
Absolutely horrible CPA firm. Dropped off taxes. Could not get finished by April 15 so promised an extension but forgot to file one which resulted in fees by the IRS. When called Strah office my tax accountant was not there anymore but another accountant promised to look into situation but refuses to call or email back.
Very professional individuals who are very easy to deal with and work well with you. Been doing taxes here for years! 👍🏻
