Very disappointing experience. I chose to hire a van through Strafford over other local options for two primary seasons: 1) they offered delivery 2) there was an option to get an automatic van. I paid extra for both of these things as I had hoped this would make driving a van a less stressful experience. Unfortunately it was the opposite as they delivered a manual van over an hour later than the delivery time I booked.
