Strada Health and Fitness has the very best service delivery across all related scopes of practice. The front desk staff is super friendly. The owners-practitioners are in situ at Strada daily. They take a keen interest in maintaining excellence in health care provision. As a CF veteran, I particularly appreciate their knowledge and ability to manage the interface with Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) to the betterment of this specific group of clients. My wife went for her ankle and had a good first experience and an okay second experience, but she's had to call multiple times to get her exercises updated on the app so she can help herself which I think is the most important part of the whole physiotherapy process. Most places update it right after your appointment without asking.
