Worst experience ever, usually 5 star, but this blonde lady, Deena? Was so rude, she's the only one that has extraordinarily disappointed me, she is surrounded by amazing people in customer service and she is the bottom of the barrel. She works in the deli and I hope they put her in the back by the dumpsters.
I really wish the Strack & Van Til meat department would sell ground beef in exact pound packages. You can never get exactly 1 pound or exactly 2 pounds — it’s always over or under. It makes meal planning and recipes frustrating. Please start offering exact weights like other stores do!
