Went to Strack's in Hammond, IN on Sibley Avenue. I forgot my money. Margaret came to my rescue. She paid my grocery bill with the goodness of her heart. Unbelievable kindness. Strack's definitely has an exceptional employee. Terrie Curtis
The employees are not very nice,the customer service is horrible. Every time I come home, there's an item damaged because the baggers don't bag items correctly. If you complain, the management doesn't care.
I have been a shopper of strack & Van tils in East Chicago since they opened up maybe 14 -12 years ago I can't remember it used to be sterks I'm also a former employee and I work for Ultras also I know all about customer service so I'm in the self-checkout and the item that ring up right I sent Julian one of the baggers to get the price he still didn't get it right I went back there Shannon was right there she's like a manager and they saw the price was right so by the time I got back all my things were in my bag as the sel... read more
