I've been seeing Tak for over 5 months now post Shoulder surgery and have been extremely satisfied with the results. I would strongly recommend him (and Josh) to anyone that is in the need of physio treatment. His techniques are very effective and his slow and steady approach while listening to my body has helped me get back to my very active lifestyle. Mobility and strength are better than they were before surgery, very glad I stick with him for my 10+ sessions. Well worth it!
