If I could give no stars, I would. They were great at first. We arrived in Vermont (from Brooklyn) in a heavy snowstorm that our car couldn’t handle. We called for a ride to go cross-country skiing. The owner picked us up and dropped us off, saying that with 20 minutes notice they would pick us up when we were done. When we called later, they said it would take them 3 hours to get us.
