Taxes are never fun but people with this office are always a huge help when needed
Not business friendly. Should join RITA or team with other municipalities. The last thing business owners want is another set of rules to learn, more different forms to file. Or just be like most other states and merge state/local taxes into one form/one comined rate. It's ok to have different rates though for different areas - but just merge the administration and filing. The website is decent though - having different rules than other municipalities is frustrating also.

The City of stow Tax division wants your money, but they sure don't act like it. I suspect the only way to get anything done with them is to physically show up. I've left a half dozen voicemails over the years, a couple emails, and two letters. I have never seen one response. I had some questions about my taxes and wasn't going to pay until i had some answers.
