Great location, safe and reliable place to store your possessions.
We were renting a unit since April of last year. Our contract renewed the 15th of each month. Last week, we emptied our unit on the 5th and we contacted the gentleman who we sent payment to each month and inquired if we could get a prorated refund seeing we were out early. We know how hard it is to get a unit and knew he’d have no trouble renting it out but he said he didn’t do prorated refunds and the contract was until the 15th so he was unable to rent it till the end of the contract and added that if we had anything to st... read more
