I have to give a low score due to their “Cold packaging” I’ve placed several ordered different weights and all have come melted. It’s extreamly disappointing when i order 6, 5lb bags and they all come melted. You guys should look i to how the company Farmers Dog cold packages their products because theirs travels to Arizona and i receive it in perfect condition. Love this product i just wish i was able to recieve it in the “wafer” form so it’s easier to use.

I placed my first order with Stover & Company and paid extra for their “cold packaging” option, which they claim their system automatically calculates based on weight. For a 32 lb shipment traveling 4 days to Arizona in summer heat, their system chose just four ice packs—completely inadequate for the size, weight, travel time, and temperature.
