Called the store to see if they had a part we needed during the snowstorm, spoke with a gentleman that stated they had the part. Drove 45 minutes to the store only to have the doors locked and a very rude gentleman come to the door and say we are not open, I am the only one here. We tried to explain that we had called and only needed the part that they said they had. He would not even open the door to speak to us. Purchased a pellet stove at stove keepers. The two guys that were working there were very helpful. We picked out a awesome stove. Top of the line. The blower is very powerful. Had a tough time to find it up in the boondocks. So we're having it delivered and installed. Thank you for the help picking a great stove. We will be buying pellets also. Might have them delivered or picking up myself. See what the best deal. Hope to see you soon
Dave came out to do an annual clean on our year-old Harman stove and we see why this was highly recommended by many people when we were looking for recs on our local Facebook group.
