I recently Stove Keepers to repair my pellet stove, and they did a fantastic job. Communication was excellent both before the visit and while on-site. The stove is now running perfectly again—I highly recommend their services!
let me start by saying the people at Stove Keepers are incredible they totally go out of their way to help you. my stove augur motor stopped turning. i brought it to them to test which they did for free an they told me the motor was fine an that it most likely was an air flow issue. over the next 3 days i was on an off the phone with them an they walked me through every knock an cranny on the stove to clean , how to get at the hard to see and or find spots. We were having problems with our 10 year old pellet stove and needed some advice. They were very welcoming as soon as we walked in. We took their advice and scheduled a service call. Arrived right on time, assessed the problem and fixed it on the spot. They could of suggested we replace it with a new one but honestly suggested the service call and they nailed it! Excellent experience. From the minute we walked in they were approchable and professional . Good prices with a wonderful staff. Our installation went without a hitch . They were on time and efficient and we love our new fireplace pellet insert. Highly recommend this company
