Couldn’t be happier with the service from the Montpelier store and the installation of our new Quad wood stove. They did a great walk-through after the installation explaining how to best use the stove and it’s features.Very helpful with all the incentives being offered from efficiency Vermont as well.
We bought a Morso stove from Stove & Flag Works and couldn't be happier! Great product, great price, and great service. Even during the busy season they made time to help us install. All the staff was knowledgable and always got back to us. It was a pleasure doing business with this local company; and they still do things on paper instead of plugging everything into a computer — very refreshing! Highly recommended.

I work for @Integrity Energy and we were wanting a flag to use on our work van for the 4th of July parade. We didn't know about this business so we ordered off Amazon initially. They sent us shoe inserts instead of the flag. Thankfully (after making several calls all around the state) we found Stove and Flag Works right in Montpelier and they were able to come through! We have had a gas fireplace from here in our house for 3 months and it still doesn't work. The tech we have dealt with is nice but management is terrible about communication and shows no urgency to make it right. I feel like at this point I'm a nucience to them. If you are going to sell a product you should make sure you can stand behind it!
If you are looking for pellets but you didn't buy your stove here, forget it! The guy in Williston who was extremely bothered that we were even there, said he had pellets until we told him we didn't buy our stove there. Then he said he didn't have any to sell us. We wanted softwood LG pellets and he said no way. He did sell is one ton of premium hard wood but only because they other guy said to go ahead.
