Unusual service. I'm a former HVAC Tech, retired. I have a friend who has a Harmon pellet stove I did some work on. I managed to correct the issue that was causing the stove not to operate. However in doing so created an issue with the auger slide pellet feeder. Not having the proper repair manual I was at a loss with the auger issue. Who remembers the days of telephone customer service for computer technical support? You’d call the 800 number, you’d get a representative and often they’d be so patient, walk you through everything, step by step and leave an impression while also TEACHING you about your computer.
